This beautiful psalm of David is a reminder that our faith in the LORD can abide regardless of our circumstances. We can call on the LORD to deliver us from our difficulties while continuing to love Him with all of our hearts.

Like David, we should be honest with Him about the details of our suffering and struggles while acknowledging His eternal goodness and faithfulness. And even while we wait for our answers, we can continue to admonish and encourage others to walk with Him!

His testimonies are timeless and we don’t love and believe in Him only when we have the desires of our hearts. Because we are confident He’s a God full of goodness reserved for those who love Him, we love and trust in Him at all times!
