Get you a moral compass, man of God
One that points you clearly to the True North
And keeps you safe on the narrow course
In the journey to your God-given destiny
Many wise men who came before you
Lost their sense of direction as they went
Strong men have been ensnared and fallen prey
When they followed a path off their course
There are grave dangers on this trail
But you can stay clear of every one of them
There are land mines in this field
With each one avoidable if you’re well guided
So go get you a sound moral compass
One calibrated and aligned to the True North
And as many attractions draw you here ‘n’ there
Just focus on your compass and follow it home
